Sir Dx, safe ba talaga mag-remit online? Parang palengke. Sari-saring amoy! He-he!

interested ako sa EFT or electronic fund transfer thru online. Na pwedeng magtransfer ng money from bank/savings account to remit, pay bills, buy online, etc. di ko lang talaga alam how it works - time and cost in consideration

HSBC KSA to HSBC pinas -- 25 riyals, then may bawas pa sa pinas, tagal pa dumating.

April 23rd, 2009 08:02 PM #20I use only online remittance.
country: USA
bank/remittance company: National City Bank (in US) / Xoom (bank to bank transfer)
fees (sender / receiver): Xoom charges $7.50 for US$500 remittance (converted to pesos). $7.50 is the value fee if the amount is taken directly from a verified bank account. Fee is higher if amount is charged to credit card/PayPal.
time of fund delivery (minutes/hours/days): Xoom 24 hrs; It's the transfer of funds from the bank to Xoom that takes longer but that's primarily a problem with US banks.
country: Canada
bank/remittance company: Royal Bank of Canada (does its own international remittance; link clickable within online banking account page)
fees (sender / receiver): flat rate of CAD$13 for CAD$1000 max remittance
time of fund delivery (minutes/hours/days): don't know yet.
