    How come there's no Xtrail MT available locally? With the rising cost of fuel, maybe local Nissan dealers should think of having this option available.

    I understand MT is more fuel efficient compared to AT.

    sa japan, wala talagang gasoline xtrail. only diesel now ung mga manual ata... which is imposible to get here...

    People who are willing to pay one and a half million pesetas for their vehicles tend to want the convenience of an automatic.

    Honda Philippines itself petitioned the home office to bring in the Civic 2.0 MT. It flopped. The Jazz 1.5 MT was canned because of poor market demand.

    Except for people buying the "economy" spec models (read: the cheapest), manual transmissions don't sell very well. Sad... because I feel we're poorer off because of it, but that's the breaks.
