urvan knocking sound when turning

I just axquired an 2010 urvan , whenever i turn the wheels and going up or coming down a ramp theres a strong knocking sound parang metal na thud sound and quite strong ung sound , any feedback sa ganun na issue with the suspension ng urvan ?

If it's a metal to metal creak sound that comes out when you're at full turn while going up or down a curb or ramp, one possibility is a worn stopper. If the Urvan is similar to that in the Frontier, it's a plastic cap.
