Tensioner Removal and Replacement for B14

Hi Guys,

Thus anyone has a definitive guide on how to remove and replace the upper and lower tensioner for B14? medyo maingay napo kasi engine ko like a rattle sound. I don't know exactly if it is coming from higher or lower tensioner or the timing chain itself. May nakapagsabi na upper tensioner daw. Any ideas how to remove it? thank you in advance

madugo yan sir, need the help of a good mechanic. Open the cylinder head and sa may crank case (lower tensioner), almost parang over haul ang gagawin. better kung magpalit kn ng entire timing kit, including chain para di sayang trabaho sa pagkalas.
