Steering Wheel Stiff

hello! help naman. i just got my steering wheel changed with an after market item with adaptor na. pero after ma-install ang bigat ikutin.. parang hindi na sya power steering.. sa adaptor ba ito or just some adjustment? niluwagan ko ng kunti ung bolt, gumaan sya ng kunti pero baka pag-mas maluwag eh matanggal na. ngayon hirap pa din ikutin.. any idea?

baka naninibago ka lang kasi normally, aftermarket SWs have small radiuses than stock SWs.

if i were you, i will tighten the bolt ulit. baka lumuwag yan pag tumatakbo ka, mas delikado.

imho, wala naman connection yan to the actual steering dahil yung mismong adaptor lang ang kinabit with the aftermarket SW.

Is there some feeling of rough contact? The adaptor may not be match with the steering wheel.

Is the new wheel of the same size as the original steering wheel?

Yes. The adaptor cover somewhat grinds to the steering base cover. pero i guess ok na to kiniskis ko ng liha.

the new wheel is i think 13" so mas maliit sya.

anyway, meron bang adaptor na mabibili specific for nissan sentra na para sa mga after market steering wheel. imo, maybe sa adaptor nga eto. generic lang yata nung adaptor eh..

hi guys. just to close this thread. okay na ung steering wheel ko. i got an adaptor from an old nismo steering wheel sakto ung base nya, but not the steering wheel bolt holes. ngayon pinabutasan ko sa talyer ung adaptor. ayun lumusot na mga bolts. smooth na ulit sya.. thanks sa replies.. lesson learned, hindi pala lahat ng universal adaptor susubo sa steering wheel and/or base ng steering, better check before you buy..
