good value for money. engine is very robust and can give decent fuel economy if driven lightly.

Typical problems of this car would mainly revolve around its age. Check the state of its suspension and the aircon. Some sellers sell their old cars with a problematic a/c which usually would be a leaky compressor.

We've had two of those models already and they're quite okay; we've had no major problems, just some wear and tear part replacements before we sold it... I did some minor mods and it runs pretty strong even if i had a slushbox model (a Nissanbayan member recently took overall honors at the RWYB Series in Subic with his Sentra GTS with only some minor bolt-ons and suspension work).

Check out the suspension for kalampag and observe the engine for any idling problems.

The aircon problems are easy to fix... swap compressors!
