Agree, xtrail more comfortable, better torque, less consumption than 98 crv.

On noise inside xtrail: noticed the rubber grommet of wiring harness, from engine to cabin, was not locked in place on fire wall. I had to pull on harness to set grommet into place.

not always true. in many instances, it remains the exception rather than the rule.

in the city, the larger engine will almost always consume more fuel.

sir, when filling up to your nearest gas station put the ignition switch to ON.kasi pag naka OFF tapos nag fill kayo and then you start, the fuel guage needle slides down due to transfer of gas from the tank's side to the other.

Kung naka-ON yung ignition active yung fuel gauge needle. Iisa lang ang gas tank, maybe what he meant was transfer of fuel from tank to fuel line then engine.

yup ungas is right.design yun ng xtrail kasi nakagitna yung drive shaft/train so kailangan ganun ang design.yung friend ko na naka ganyan madalas maubusan ng gas or nalalakasan dahil dahil di naka ON ignition niya.hope this can help . anyway, nissan sales prof ako so medyo may knowledge din ako.

Fellow Xtrail owners: Casa maintained pa ba mga X-trail niyo? What motor oil do you use? synthetic or mineral?

    Our 4 x 2 is a around a month and a half old (1600+kms) doin 6.5 - 7km/li combined city/highway.

BingoGO: so every time we fill up we have to shut off our engine?
