"Nissan STA performance" is an oxymoron.
If you're asking what the performance of the B14 Exalta STA is like, acceleration is leisurely, with a 0-100 km/h time of around 13-14 seconds. Braking is noteworthy only in the fact that it eventually stops. The ABS is over-reactive and the extra weight of the leather, moonroof, sound-deadening, and assorted toys make it feel less positive under braking than lighter and older Sentra variants. The handling is compromised by the ultra-soft suspension, change directions too fast and the car starts to fish-tail.
If you're asking what to do to improve the performance, a good air-filter, headers and some timing adjustment will do wonders for the car. You can set base timing to 15 degrees advance for some extra oomph... but you'll need to use 95 RON or higher. The biggest requirements, though, are better shock absorbers (gas, if possible), stiffer springs and better brake pads.
Of course, the ultimate performance enhancement is an SR20DET swap... but you'll need to swap out the brakes and suspension for better items in order to cope with the extra power.
