my tire size is 285/75R16, when converted to inches:
(285x0.75)x2=427.5mm = 16.83in
16.83in + 16in (rim diameter) = 32.83in
tama ba na equivalent to size 32.5" or 33" na ito?

285's are generally accepted as equivalent to 32x11.5R15's.Of course, actual measurements vary depending on tire brand.
305 yata ang generally accepted na equivalent ng 33's.

OT: saan pala dapat naka position ang tires with thicker threads for a RWD? sa front ba or sa rear?
Parang baligtad pero sa mga SUV, mas mabilis mapudpod ang front tires. Ganun din kay afrasay, eh. So siguro dun mo ilagay yung mas makapal. Then rotate regularly afterwards.

ako, i stick with the casa recommended mineral oil(shell helix yata currently gamit sa casa). since mura lang naman yong mineral oil, i just make sure to change it every 3 months or so. di ko na pinapaabot dun sa 5,000 kms.
i assume sa tarlac kayo nagpapa-PMS sir boybi?
gusto ko na nga rin sa labas magpa-change oil and those minor maintenance routines, pero wala pa ko alam kung saang shop/gas station dadalhin dito sa manila for that. can you suggest a good/reliable one within the makati-mandaluyong-QC area?
and btw, i read on one of the old threads(di ko na mahanap ulit) na may suki(at proven na malinis ang diesel) kayong gas station dyan sa tarlac, saan nga po pala yon? i usually do my refueling sa tarlac pag may byahe pa-norte. TIA!
Ok naman experience ko with my 305/75R15 tires, though there's a slight lag in acceleration which I don't mind. Patrols weren't built naman for drag![]()
By the way, around 2 weeks ago pincheck ko yung Patrol namin sa underground nissan technician ko yung Nissan Consult II via home service just to make sure na everything's A-ok. Cool tool. It basically can read out everything you can think of. High tech pala itong patrol nato. Halos lahat may sensor... fuel pressure, fuel temperature, MAF current, intake air temp.. just to name a few.
Wish I had this toy.
Hi Folks,
Buhayin ko lang ulit ang thread na 'to. My Patrol is due for it's 35K change oil and planning to do it outside ng Casa. Any shop you can suggest within Makati, Pasig and Taguig area? Also, ano kelangan kong bilhin na materials before I go to the shop? Ok na ba 'to?
- Air Filter
- Shell Helix mineral oil (9L ba?)
TIA!![]()
don't forget the oil filter.
mga 8.5 liters lang ang kelangan na oil.
