Nissan Grand Livina (aka Livina Geniss) [ARCHIVED]

Got this info from a local newspaper...malapit na daw ilabas ang Nissan Grand Livina (also called Livina Geniss in other asian markets) dito sa Pinas...

Two engine options are available, the HR15DE (109hp at 6,000rpm, 148Nm at 4,400rpm) and the MR18DE (128hp at 5,500rpm, 174Nm at 4,800rpm), both now with CVTC Variable Valve Timing. The MR18DE comes with a 6-speed manual or a 4-speed auto, while the HR15DE’s gearbox offering is similiar except the manual only has 5 speeds.

I'd say this is a better choice than the Avanza in terms of power and space, and a more economical choice than the Innova.

We'll see how everything goes when it arrives here.

i read somewhere it will be here in mid-2008 pa because they will be assembling it here. The article above mentioned it.

the MR18DE only has 8hp less than the Innova's 2.0L engine. plus 6 speeds. ok ah...

on looks, i think it's better than the Innova or the Avanza. anyone has more info on this? specs, dimensions, features et cetera...

Front looks like a baby Murano. Design is conservative but defintely better than the boring Innova.

Yung Grand Livina 1.8 A/T lang pala ang lalabas dito..Pero most likely may lower end variants pa yan(walang airbag at ABS na Livina),hindi yata lalabas yung smaller 1.5 Livina..
