kung ayaw mo matalbog o matagtag, you'll regret having your springs cut (i assume they are stock springs you cut, and you're running with stock shocks?)

better to take them out and use a proper lowering spring kit. they're not that expensive.

as for your current problem, di kaya di pantay yung pagputol? if that's the case, you're faced with replacing the springs anyway...

mga sir, have u heard of heating the springs to make the car lower? What is the difference of it compare to cut springs in terms of ride comfort?

    been there, done that bro!

don't try heating the springs. it'll drop but you'll sacrifice the ride comfort, if you're in a tight budget cutting the springs may a bit give you the satisfaction you want, but then again sooner or later you'll find it "matagtag" also.

your best option is to look/buy lowering springs.
but if you want to go on with the lowered look without sacrificing ride quality meaning, ayaw mo ng matagtag, you can go to zee or cruven and have your shock mounts lowered so that you can use your stock springs. but then, the consideration here is that when you get tired of the lowered look or if you are selling your car and your buyer would not want that look, then you or the buyer would have to buy the entire shock mount assembly.

as for your questions, since you already cut it, you have no choice except to buy a set of stock springs. you can get surplus ones or brand new ones. afaik, surplus costs around 300-400 each, while brand new ones can cost around 900 each.
