Ground clearance is average. Nasa 165-170mm siguro. Andaming mataas na humps dito sa village namin, never naman sumayad belly. Sa ramp? Yung sa Robinsons Antipolo eh nasa 35-40 degree angle yata pero hindi rin sayad bago umahon or bago pumatag.

Maintenance interval? Base sa PMS booklet ko eh first 1k then every 10k or 6 months na. The usual cost for PMS base sa Almera Club is around P2000-P6000 depende sa ginawa. Yung 1k PMS ko is free lang naman. Wala pako sa 10k so I cannot say kung magkano.

Anyway, this car will never sell. As I've mentioned earlier, there's better option depending on your budget. But if you're in Tagaytay/Cavite area, madami Almera dun.

You don't have to be a family member of Nissan Assembly to get big discount actually. I myself got a huge discount from Nissan. The Nissan Almera 1.5 E AT priced at P762,000, I bought only for P702,000 in cash basis. That includes freebies like V-Kool OEM tint, 3yrs lto, matting, seat cover, ewd, tools, umbrella and windshield cover.

I was really opting for Mirage G4 GLX CVT priced at P685,000 when I was looking for a car. But when the SA from Nissan I talked to on mall gave me their offer for Almera,I just really can't ignore it.

Anyway, this car will never sell because it's a Nissan. A lot of car buyers hate Nissan. I only bought my Almera because of comfort, super spacious, AC, huge trunk and good handling. But, it's still a Nissan, so it will never click.

it's a nissan. hehe. I remember 1st car, the 1994 Sentra LEC. what i can't forget about it is how good the aircon was. hehe.

I'm in a market for a subcompact and many of the forums discuss vios, city and mirage. I have bare requirements for a car and almost bare minimum budget. hehe. 98% city driving with an average of 15 to 20km per day. hence, i'm looking for the best value. when i say bare requirements i mean essential stuffs that will bring me from point a to be comfortably, and includes at least keyless entry (which i found to be a standard with all variants of the almera, which is not on a vios J). I don't care about steering wheel audio controls or auto-on front led lights. My budget can stretch only up to the lowest Honda City variant, but i will be more comfortable with a 650k'ish budget. thanks.

Running board is higher than most sedans... walang sayad sa gitna. Front bumper ganun din pero pag grabe tarik syempre sasayad din.

Yung isang unit ko na 2015 Almera 1.5 matic, 1tkm PMS nasa 2k lang (with free labor).... yung 2016 Almera 1.5V matic ko, i just had it serviced last week at Nissan Commonwealth, 10tkm PMS, nasa 5.2k kasama na complete washing (did not avail of wheel alignment). Siguro nasa 4k lang pag walang washing. Not bad pricing for PMS service compared to Toyota or Honda dealer. Nissan claims 20% cheaper parts compared to other brands. Plus mostly locally available parts since the Almera is assembled here in Laguna.

I have good experience so far with Nissan Commonwealth.

Early this year, my car developed this squeak at the rear of my car (2013 model). So far I can only hear it inside the car... so thinking could be something on the rear mounts for the suspension. Anyone else having this issue? mileage is pretty low (19k in the odo), but could be caused by traversing the bad roads of manila (the truck land on C5 for example)

Baka shock absorber problem niyan sir. Nasa 2400 yung shock absorber kit sa Nissan casa + labor. Siyempre, mas mura sa labas.

Just experienced an unforgettable event last Feb with my 2013 Almera MT coming from our trip in Lipa. As we planned to proceed to Tagaytay From Lipa, I unfortunately turned on Waze, as I am not familiar on Batangas roads. It lead me thru Talisay as it was the shortest route and lead me to a certain Ligaya drive which probably saved us a 45min drive if we took the much longer Sta Rosa route from SLEX.

Lesson learned:
a) Never use Ligaya drive aka Sungay Killer road to Tagaytay
b) Never underestimate the Almera
c) Damn you Waze

Closed na yata for public yang Ligaya? Not sure. Diyan kasi kami dumadaan papuntang Puting Buhangin sa Batangas. Pero nung March this year, dadaan sana kami diyan pero may blackade na and may nakalagay na note na Closed.

anyone here knows where to buy almera shocks and mounting? sa casa kasi its around 5.8k s front and 2.8k s likod and un mounting nya nsa 2.7k. ive been canvassing sa mga nissan casa at madugo yung presyo nya. yun labor nsa 1.2k each pa whew although un sa nissan shaw nag offer sila labor of 2.1k for all four shocks. would appreciate it kung may maituro kayo san meron nagbenta ng shocks and mounting. thanks

What they offered was 2017 model, and what the other sales agent said was,it was still a euro 2. That were the units that were used in the asean summit. On the otherhand,the nissan promo today is for 2018 model, euro 4 already.

Nissan has two variant for almera 1.5 E A/T, the one with 762k and the 766k (2018 model) which the euro 4 already.

Now my option are between
A. The 100k discount or 662k for Asean Unit (with mileage but will be sold as brand new with same warranty) Almera 1.5 E A/T (Euro 2) or
B. The 61k discount or 705k for Almera 1.5 E A/T (Euro 4) 2018 brand new model.

Am I getting a good deal with almera? Please help me decide. Anyone. Thanks
