I was able to drive our ALMERA again today since our Vios is coding. Man, what a difference in comfort...tsk tsk I have been driving Our Vios since October last year, Its only today that I was able to switch car. Comparing the comfort, handling and ride, definitely the ALMERA tops it all.

Nissan Cars are truly underated, but they are at par if not better than other Car Brand in the market today.

Truly agree that it's the most comfy car out there in its category.....so satisfied with the comfort and the quietness.i believe the brand will have a resurgence in sales. Aircon is superb.

Normally you could buy those at the nissan branches, but i doubt if they have a wide array of accessories. But if you source out in malaysia and thailand, they have gazzillions of them i guess the easiest way is from ebay

I'd love to buy an Almera, Sylphy or even a Teana to replace my aging nissan car. I still keep a 1999 1.6AT Sentra. The aircon is good, engine still purring and its easy and cheap to maintain. I say cheap because if you experience owning non-Japanese car brands (except Korean), the price difference is big! To think of it, I send this car to the casa for repairs pa so parts I use are almost all original. So why do I keep it pa? No resale value anymore so little to lose. And when you drive around with this car, nobody notices you. I just enjoy this ride that this car gives me

So my next ride to replace my Sentra should be another Nissan. You should be good with the Almera. No need for pogi points at pogi na naman tayo eh hahaha

Makukuha na po namin unit this week. Hopefully, by wednesday. Base MT ang kukunin namin. Matagal ko nang gusto itong car na ito. Nag test drive ako ng different models within the price range early this year pero almera ang nagustuhan ko. Salamat sa thread na ito at nakatulong sa pagdecide ko. Salamat din kay selegna_35 dahil pinalakas nya loob ko.

Fully Synthetic is still best. I use 5w/30 but 10w/30 is also good.Check your car's manual sir.

So I had an accident last year and my almera front door got replaced via insurance. I noticed the black paint on the new door is fading and the black trim piece is no longer fitting properly and there's a gap where the door molding is supposed to clip in. Talked to the guy an Nissan service center and for some reason, there's no trace of the door replacement in their DB so warranty may not be feasible until i can find the papers (which i cant ) . It's 2k to replace that trim... will water get in to the door if i leave it as is? I was told it's ok to leave it as is...

While searching for the papers, maybe you can try a heavy rain simulation using a water hose to test?

Big space. But operators dont care for passenger space. Di naman pipiliin ng passenger anong car ang paparahin nya. Taxi drivers pa nga ang namimili ng isasakay e. Haha. For private use naman, almera is just so ugly compared sa mga competitors nya. Kaya ang hirap talaga san sya poposisyon
