Not a supply issue, its more of marketability. Think of Prado and Everest in Australia.

Mahal talaga Ford sa ibang bansa. Buti at mura lang everest dito sa atin.

With the 2nd row handles, afaik the fort doesnt have those too. Costs 7-8k! so hindi talaga deal breaker for some or they're not aware na wala pala
