Is this a common issue among Nissan Terra owners?

Steering rack bush upgrades are an option to remove the mount play once the stock ones go. This applies to just about any car. For longevity, PU is the go-to material. Companies like SuperPro, Powerflex, Whiteline, etc do make a lot for different make & models.

Will it void the warranty?

Will it void the warranty?

Any modification will void the warranty on the system-steering. It shouldnt void the warranty on the engine or transmission.

Did you watch the youtube video. Warranty was also mentioned there.

some repossessors kasi, they advertise only the car's price. they fail to mention the other processing expenses.

13k km pa siya doc. 6 months na sa warehouse so i would assume at most 6 months din siya sa original owner or 8 months kung purchased on the release date (2019 model maybe released at late 2018).

Yung cost of acquisition ang di ko pa na ask. May bidding pa daw and 2-3months ang processing kung nanalo ka na sa bid (dito ako na discourage).

I checked the unit sa warehouse nila, flat na yung tires at yung leather seats nagka molds pa. Cold pa yung aircon and the interior smells new parin naman.

Ano po ibig sabihin ng factory fresh?

So if 13k na odo, parang hindi na factory fresh... kasi less than 1k odo pag factory fresh... hehe..

Anyways, have you check the engine bays? So it already had the 10k pms, check mo service record if there is...

And also, magkano second hand market price of the same condition?

So you will know also if worth it ba or not.... goodluck!!!

Actually i have a picture of the engine bay here so let me know what you think.

As for the service records i still have not checked it.

Also i think its hard to check for a second hand counterpart since the car is relatively new in the market.

I just dont understand why the processing would take 2-3 months. Yan nagpapa discourage sakin eh. Sayang naman ma tetengga yung unit for 2-3 months din.

but you may already take home and drive the vehicle in the meantime...?

Yes, maybe may authorization kana na gamitin after na ma declare na ikaw yung nanalosa bid... better consult them kasi nag dedepreciate din ang calue ng car... 2-3montha baka 50k less na yun... [emoji1787]

They have just reduced the price to 1.360m from 1.440m so i assume 80k per two weeks. Malaki laking depreciation nadin yan haha

Hindi parin daw sabi nung 3rd party na nag tour sakin sa warehouse. Nakaka discourage nga baka pagbalik ko manibela nalang natira haha

Hi, new Terra owner here. I just got my VL 4x2 last month and I've now run around 1300 kms. Brought my unit in for its 1k check up 2 weeks ago and nothing was brought to my attention by the service guys at Nissan Shaw.

Just today though, I noticed that I had black oil splatter right where my exhaust is. I checked my tailpipe and the inside was coated with black, sticky oil! (Pics tomorrow!) As in tar-like! My driver said that he already noticed it since I got the unit (Hindi naman sinabi agad sakin ng mokong!). Anybody know what's causing this? I want to have some idea what the problem is before I bring out to the casa. Baka paikutin lang ako. Thanks in advance to those who chime in!

BTW, mention ko na din that a few days after I got the unit, yung aircon din, may musty smell upon start up, na nawawala after a few minutes of running. Told the service guys about this and they just gave me a song and dance about how moisture sometimes accumulates and causes the smell. They treated it with antibac which worked for about 3 days, then the smell came back. Anybody else experience this?

Regarding sa aircon odor upon start up, just replace the old cabin filter. Usually mga na stock ng matagal yan sa yard nila.
