Pansin ko din maskin sa Sentra 200 at Xtrail na bago na mukang luma todo ang depensa sa mga kiritiko... Eggman taga Nissan ka ba? Wala lang kasi matindi depensa mo sa mga Nissan cars at dami mong nalalaman...

The 2nd gen X-Trail is already 3 years old.
The Sentra 200 is already 4 years old. (this is already a facelifted model)

Ilalabas naman yan sa dealers later yang Patrol Royale..

Mahal nga ang Patrol Royale pero nagtataka ako at naging 5 Speed A/T lang instead na yung 7 Speed A/T variant ang dinala rito.

I found out why it has a 5-speed A/T and not a 7-speed A/T.

According to the UMC website, the local spec Patrol will have the older 317hp VK56DE engine (Titan pick up, Armada SUV etc) and not the 400hp VK56VD engine found in the new Patrol (and new Infiniti QX56) sold in other markets.

Seems like UMC decided to opted for an older 5.6 Liter V8 engine para bumaba ang presyo ng Patrol Royale Y62.

BTW di ako employee ng Nissan..May kapitbahay lang ako na Nissan dealer din(isa sa onwers ng Nissan UN Avenue) at bumibili kami lagi dyan ng Nissan vehicles(dati sa Mantrade at UMC/CAR Makati kami kumukuha ng Nissan).

GTR?Sa Timog ko yan nabili noon. AFAIK walang plano ang NMPI magbenta nyan dahil halos same price din ng grey market din yan pag dinala nila rito.

Sa Friday or Monday pa available ang Patrol Royale sa mga dealers. Good luck nalang sa UMC at makabenta sana sila nito..

Sana V8 diesel ang gawin nila. Yung 3.0L ng FX30d eh parang same spec as the Hyundai Vera Cruz; 235hp 406lb-ft of torque. Well about 40hp short sa LC200. Hindi nya mauunahan sa drag race ang SUV ni PNoy! hehehehe

I guess they were not too succesful in lowering the price, because its still over P5M.
Lets wait and see, overall it looks like a nice SUV, its just a tad too expensive.

Some of its competitors include the shorter LC200 4.5 D-4D (P4.5M) and the longer Expedition Eddie Bauer EL 4x4 (P3.299M)

AFAIK the VK56VD is a gasoline direct injection type sya kaya di puwede rito. UMC and Nissan Motor Of Japan decided to bring here the new Patrol with VK56DE engine in it..At least hindi yung lumang 4.8 Liter engine ang ginamit.

Fully loaded naman ang Nissan Patrol Royale kaya mahal.Di na nila ginaya ang TMPC halos bunginin na nang features at options ng LC200 at Prado.

Ganda talaga ng patrol .. Pang politiko talaga! sayang di na pwede kabitan ng whelen .. Ibenta ko na kaya yung '07 patrol pang down sa bago mas mahal pa sa LC200

Just wait for the dCI variant ng Patrol Royale next year..I wish yung Cummins 5.6 Liter diesel engine na gamit ng NV2500 ang gamitin nila.
