Guys,
need your assistance
i heard a ticking sound in my engine i'm thinking its my timing chain ticking..
i noticed it 3days after i had my usual chage oil
i used mobil1 ordinary oil..is it something to do with the oil i used? or just a co-incident lng? how much budget if will replace timing chain, guide and tensioner? or can you suggest any DYI muna before i bring it to the shop for timing chain replacement?

hmm, that sounds about right. Are you sure though that it's a timing chain and not a belt?
Timing belts are usually replaced around 100K or so. Timing chains are often indestructible.
If it's a belt, if I were you, I'd have it towed by a friend to my mechanic. Risking to run it might incur you a lot of problems (and unnecessary expense) due to parts that the snapped belt will destroy.

baka iba na yung tension nung timing chain baka mejo maluwag na kaya tumatama kung saan, pero ang weird bakit nung nag change oil hehhe
