i just go to the gas station and get whatever is on promo. diesels usually need 7.5 liters of oil or so. ask the gas station workers. they know.

The 2.7L TD27 needs around 6-6.5L of oil AFAIR.

If you don't know much about the car, please take the time to read the owner's manual, almost all info needed to maintaining your van and it's engine is there, especially at the back pages.

i just had this sudden thought:
while the owner's manual is standard accessory in the purchase of brand new motor vehicles, it is frequently forgotten by in-experienced and/or overly excited buyers of used vehicles. why, i wager some in-experienced buyers of new vehicles do not even know such accessory exists..

Its an item that is taken for granted or they just have no idea on what it is nor bother to look at it. I basically did away with relying on the shop and CASA for what has to be done during servicing as i usually refer to the owner's manual and go to the shop with the parts I need and instructions on what to do; it does help you save even as you don't rely on the shop for the parts needed.

yung owners manual kadalasan bitin yung info...nakalagay yung rating/specs ng langis pero walang nakalagay kung anu yung ginamit na langis at gaanu kadami ang nilagay nila... at ang the best part nun sa owners manual eh "please consult your nearest nissan dealer"

    DIESEL ENGINE
" for hot and warm areas: 20W-40 and 20W-50 are suitable"
