Buy sports shocks. Stiffer regular gas shocks will help, but to completely remove "tagtag" and to keep the shocks from expiring every few months, you'll need good shocks. Better to ask around at http://www.nissanbayan.com/forums/index.php ... lots of guys there who can help you with your car's set-up and who can point you at the best locally available shocks.

Personally, I don't like lowering the B13. Too little suspension travel, already... and lowering will just have you hitting the bump-stops all the time... which isn't good for the more delicate parts of your front suspension. But a good set of shocks should fix this.
