did nissan launch a diesel variant of the x-trail?
so, will the other cuv's follow?

Not that I know of, Nissan Xtrail is handled by NMPI which consists of most sedan fleets and gas powered. While UMC is the one handling the diesel engines. Besides, there will be conflicts if in any case UMC releases XTerrain which has diesel engine.

sayang no, sana may diesel version din dito. super mahal na talaga ng gas. sa europe, most cars have diesel variants. yes may diesel xtrail, Rav4, civic, corolla, etc. dun. kaka inggit.

hindi yata mabenta ang diesel cars dito
kaya nawala na ang diesel sentra and gemini.

Cant wait for a manufacturer to put a cutting-edge diesel engine on a mass produced sedan or mini-ute.
So far wala pang balita on a diesel X-Trail locally.

malabo yatang ilabas yung diesel X-trail dito, although if nissan does, malaking advantage yun. the 2.2L diesel in the X-trail is a really powerful unit
