got problem po, for one week di nagamit ang car tapos malamig pa sa area namin but pinapaandar naman makina in 2 minutes (tuesday and thursday)

    ano ba pde palitan ?
spark plug almost 8 months na
kaka change oil lang nung summer including oil filter

car - Nissan Lec , carburador 1.3 engine

These are common to carb-run engines. It's just that the colder the surrounding is, the harder it starts. And unlike fuel-injected vehicles, you need to "heat up" the vehicle before use.

As for the tune-up, a good technician would be able to determine if the spark plugs "cleanable/adjustable" or would require replacement. Yes, a beat-up spark plugs can be a factor to hard starts.

    Good luck!

if your valve lifters are oil-dependent, then the long-standing non-use may have caused the oil to bleed out. in this case, there is nothing you can do except to keep cranking until the oil pressure gets "normal".
another reason for hard starting after a long period of non-use is, the fuel in the carburetor (or one of its passageways) dries up. this can be remedied by directly injecting fuel into the throat, or by cranking the engine until the carb gets filled up again.
a third possibility is, your cylinders are already loose compression and will need to be fixed in the near future.
how to avoid cold start problems? don't turn off your engine at night. heh heh. joke joke. sorry.
