thank you dudes! hai.. buti nlang mganda comments kahit papano ok gastos.

Safari peeps and other experts, ano na ba mga kelangan kong palitan na fluids, like yung ibat ibang oils, like diff oil, gear oil, grease, san ba mgandang parang one stop, shop ng ganito??? as in palit lahat ng fluids pwera brake fuid, just replaced it late last yr.

kelan ang palitan ng FUEL FILTERS!??

co_drums_ol::: I usually have them changed at any gas station service bay. Gear oils for your diffs (front/rear), transmission, transfer gear. There are 10 grease points underneath from steering to rear diff yoke. Check clutch fluids. I usually change my fuel filters after 20kms.

Magkano nga pala inabot yung paint job mo? Ano nga name nung shop?

Nice Safari man. Ang kinis ng paintjob. Since your starting with a nice paintjob na, try to keep it well-maintained na. The cosmetics/"more than looks" section of Tsikot will be quite informative on how you can maintain your paint.

On a shop that can do the work, where do you reside or frequent? This can help so that a shop nearest/most convenient can be recommended...

As Ungas mentioned, fuel filters should be changed every 20K (same goes with my Frontier). If you still have your owners manual, you can check it there.

mas mahal po ang orig oil filter ng 4d56 ng pajero even if it's (safari)times 2. mas mahal din ang orig air cleaner ng 4d56. sa fuel filter almost the same.

Di pa tapos ang roof (kaunting putty pa) ko. naghihintay pang umaraw, hehehe pag nag antay ako baka june na lumabas. i think i have to take it out tomorrow. balik ko na lang pag OK na ang weather. flat midnight blue ang color ng bubong ko. :wink:

bad timing yung tag ulan sa safari mo, ako naman sinwerte. Pag uwi ko sa kanya. tsaka di na tumigil ang ulan. hehe

co_drums_ol::: Merong available na aftermarket oil/fuel/air filters na parang VIC ang brand made in Malaysia yata or Thailand. Sa kakaunting price difference lang, buy the ORIG na! :D

Tama si afrasay, mas mura pa nga ngayon ang price ng orig parts ng Nissan. Di ko alam kung bakit ganun, minsan mas mataas pa price ng aftermarket parts. 8O

OEM oil filter of safari is P350 x two, kasi dalawa. Sa gen1 paj ko P1,400 x 1.

75T, I think it's worth it. nabitin yon roof ko. hindi pa sarado. pero I took it out today. balik ko na lang pag OK na ang weather.

baka may i-sked na trip sa Baler in the next few months. alam mo naman, pag tag-ulan dito sa MM, tuyo naman sa Aurora. ano game? dapat isama yung new patrol owners (afrasay, wreckless etc.) at ibang tsikoters. si PG ata mag-organize uli...:D

SIKKENS ang ginamit na paint. ang sabi ko dun sa nag mamanage ng SHOP paki kuha yung code ng pareho ng sa NEW RAV4 na super black. Nagandahan kasi ako sa pagka-black nun eh. mas makinispa nga gawa ng mga shops sa labas kasi they use fine sandpapers to eliminate what casas have as their finish, "BALAT SUHA" daw, and if u look at the cars nga kahit nga brand new, parang rough cia, sa mga transhow almost all makinis.

ok yun ah, mas mura ORIG PARTS, lam mo nakakatakot kasi ngayon sa banawe, dati nga ORIG din ang OIL FILTERS na binbili ko, pero parang nagagawan naman ata nila ng paraan yun eh, will i trust the PACKAGING that they have, alam mo naman yung mga boxes na may NISSAN na brand, red and blue ext in white box. ORIG NGA KAYA YUNG MGA YUN????? san k nga pla bumibili??? TY

MISS n MISS ko na talga mag drive ng diesel na 4x4, puro AUTOMATIC na drive o for 1 month plus.. HAI SARAP!!! di o maipagpapalit AFRI ko kahit alukin pako ng BRAND NEW ng KOTSE.... hmmm. pero pag BMW or JAGUAR... hmmm ok n din ... hehe J/k

If you buy parts from Banawe, go to Youngbros or Yen for OEM Nissan parts (mas mura sa Youngbros usually)... They dont sell "fake" stuff here (meaning replacements repackaged as original). Sa Pasay, there's Advance Auto Supply on Taft ave... These are the shops the Nissanbayan peeps usually get their parts from aside from the casa.
