98 Sentra EX Saloon Overheat

Hello friends,

What might be the culprit here - car is 1998 Sentra EX Saloon A/T.

Car overheats; nauubusan ng tubig yung radiator. No visible leaks sa radiator, all hoses bagong palit. Pati yung bypass hose sa likod nung engine napalitan na.

Hindi naman bigla yung overheating and pagkawala ng tubig. I can run it for 40kms at high noon with the aircon on at 80kph sa expressway and no problem. Pag-exit ko, doon bigla umaakyat ang temp until mag-overheat. Suspect ko is maliit lang if ever yung pinanggagalingan ng leak. Saan pa kaya pwedeng manggaling yung leak?

Check the rubber seal(s) under the cap. If it looks old, cracked, distorted, misshaped or simply hardened from age, it should be replaced.

Thermostat does not fully open when hot. Replace with new one.
