nyay! very expensive.. even my family's tucson's pms is more expensive than the pms of my 350z, lol.. anyway, maybe i'll be one of those guys who used to own them, but will just get another sports car when im old, lol, just like the lolo's we see today.. i can imagine, lol..

its not that they can't, its they dont want yet.. as sachiel said, they dont have the equipments to do it yet since the xtrail is a CBU from japan.. they could do it if you really want to, but there would be a humming sound you'd be hearing coming from the holes they'll make especially on high speeds.. your best bet would be to buy a no drill wireless back up sensor (or camera and change your rear view mirror).. the only useful accessory they could install without issues are fog lamps.. even roof rails, they wont allow, unless you really want to, or unless the agent is scumbag who wants to earn more.. these are per our GM friend..

Nice freebie! Congrats on your unit. Sobrang light din ba ng steering mo at slow speeds? If there's one thing I could complain about it's the steering in slow speeds. It's overly assisted at about 40kph and below and seems to require a lot of input at those speeds.

Hehe, yup, the MID makes my other cars feel like using a Nokia now.

i don't know if its proper to post this here, admins can erase this if its not allowed.. anyway, here goes..

im looking to trade-in my 350z, but of course, appraisals in trade-ins are low compare to its selling value.. so if any of u guys are interested, im looking to swap my 2007 350z manual, for the new x-trail as long as the unit is fully paid, black, silver preferred, white, red or orange, i'll think about it.. im willing to make a straight swap for the 4x4 x-trail.. for the 4x2, i would only do it if the unit has roof rails and fog lights installed, plus cash, but we can talk about how much, depending on our negotiations but it wont be over 100k for sure.. i'd only do this till the january 25 maybe, after that date, i'll just trade it in.. if you guys want details, you can pm me, i'll send you my number..

    thanks guys..

let me change that regarding the swap, straight swap for the 4x4, then for the 4x2, i'd do it even if the unit doesn't have roof rails and fog lamps, but you will need to add cash for me to purchase those from casa + cash..

    thanks guys..

Bagong bago ang xtrail swap agad? Wala ata kakagat nyan. Post mo na lang sa olx in exchange for cash. Then buy the brand new xtrail

Re the interior color, thats what seat covers are for and there is an option to change to leather (or pleather?) from when i spoke to nissan.

As for your comment about the prius v, is that locally sold? And how much is it?

The backseats (third row) are emergency seating on a if really needed at least you have it. I look at it as a 5+2 seater.

And with regards to the remaining cargo area at the back, most of 7 seater ladder frame suvs right now also have that issue dont they? So why is this so special? Once the third row is up on those, you also can stow large full luggage in them. Duffel bags maybe or sports bags, but not bulky items.

Thats the trade off of not buying a full size suv or cuv. If you want it, then go up another size.

The Prius V is a station wagon, the same class as Innova so it naturally has a bigger boot space than Xtrail with all 7 seats up. No SUV has big boot space with 7 seats up. Even our Expedition Extended version has a tiny boot with 7 seats and so does the Fortuner. In fact, Fortuner even has lesser boot space than Xtrail when the 3rd row is up since the seats are folded on the sides.

Finally we have a unit on the way. Should be released next week. Still not seeing a lot of these around. None, actually. Just the test drive units going around.

If you consider this a 5 seater with huge boot space you'll feel better. That's how it's priced anyway. If you want 7 seaters with great boot space you might want to consider the Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna. The Sienna is available only in the grey market though. Both are mighty expensive and also expensive to run with their v6's. Starex maybe?

I wish Nissan would make an Innova sized Grand Livina. That would really sell well, I think.

its not really a 7 seater, more of a 5 + 2 emergency seats, so when you raise the 3rd row, cargo space is really close to none.. but if you consider it as a 5 seater cuv, then it has one of the largest cargo space among all cuv's available in our country.. generally, almost all vehicles here in our country are underspec'd, nissan just took it up a notch as the 4x2 is as bare as you could get comparing it with other country's xtrails.. at least they didnt remove some of the safety features.. but for the 4x4, its like a mid variant of the other countries, but hey, both are still good buys comparing with other cuv's..

good for few bags/luggages/groceries.. we really should not treat the new xtrail as a pure 7-seater, the 3rd row seats are for emergency purposes only.. then you'll really appreciate its cargo space.. really 1 of the biggest cargo space among all cuv's at 550L, if not the biggest, though the afaik, the 2nd gen xtrail has the biggest cargo at 600L.. thats whats pulling me to the xtrail compared to other cuv's.. truck based suv's are bigger even in cargo, but im one of those person who wants comfort when i drive as well.. so id rather have a cuv than a truck based suv, unless its a full size suv of course..
