I think the engine of the Trailblazer is also more powerful than the MU-X but I'm right with you regarding the quality of Japanese brands. American and Korean cars still doesn't come close to Japanese quality. My last change oil of 20k km with Grand Starex costs me P40k!! P17k is for the rust proofing which I don't know why it needs to be done every 20k km. The rest are for the break pads and other things I didn't bother as long as it won't break down anytime soon.
I know that feeling, being a family man, practicality takes precedence over performance. But who knows, NPI may release the GTR soon or you can wait for the next Z series.
