Samin rin pinabypass ko a few years ago then this year lang binaklas ko and sold the steel sa junk shop.

It's been quite a while already ng nakarekta lang kami, wala ring pumps.

Mahina rin kasi pasok ng maynilad sa amin. Sakto pa na sira na yung pump namin, yun mga kapitbahay bro nag pump at upgrade ng mas malaing pipes, kaya rin siguro mahina pagdating sa amin.

we don't have one, since we only live in a townhouse.
before ni maynilad, meron kaming deepwell. supplied ni developer.
oh well. di ko na siguro kailangan problemahin yan.... we will be moving to QC in two years. tiis tiis na lang muna. sa QC, may poso kami dun so walang magiging problema.

we have been preparing for that so that when my kid goes to college, madaming options.
sa south kasi, option is DLS lang, tapos mahaba haba din ang commute.

sa QC, he can either go to UP to Ateneo or to UST (via a short commute). if he goes to DLS, he can ride with us to makati and take a bus to DLS.

and i like it there. maluwag ang place. tapos pwedeng mag jogging or mag biking sa UP Campus. dito kasi sa place namin ngayon sa LP, sobrang siksikan na.

however, we are looking at investing naman ni misis ng isang unit ng condo para pag tanda madali ang ayuda. looking at the BGC area naman so after ni anak mag college, mag move out na kami and sa kanya na yung house sa QC and sa LP. kung ano gusto nya gawin dun, pwede.

We are also planning to move also, rent out or house and just rent a condo near our daughter's school, preferably just meters away...

Need to teach them to be independent early on. Di rin pede maspoil sa mga lola.

try to live in the south bro..... mas malupit ang traffic. just this morning, it took me an hour from bvrv to alabang via the friendship route. (ang traffic sa boundary ng pilar and teresa park) and ang traffic sa pilar to bf almanza gate. this was like this for the past two weeks. if i take in alabang-zapote road, ang trapik din..... kung mag concha naman ako, maiipit ka palabas.

but then, if your work is nearer, it would be better.
that's the first thing i've realized when i reached middle age.... dati kaya ko maski taga south ako and sa libis ako nagwowork eh.

Bro.,- in my humble opinion,- it is not age catching up with us....

It is the damned consistency (and burden) of heavy traffic [day in and day out]....

And of course, you are not riding with your GF anymore,- who you'd like to spend more time in traffic ..... But with your dearest wifey, who you'll need to do a lot more at home for the family and the kids.... Yup,- it is also the increasing responsibilities,- catching up....

    Ang trapik sa atin!!!

i still view that with the age bro and the increased heaviness in traffic.
5 years ago, hindi ko pinapansin yan eh. and i was always with my wife then.

Lumala na talaga traffic. Mindanao avenue to Sm north wala pa 15 minutes noon. Ngayon at 6 am it will take up to mostly 45 minutes. Dapat nasa kalye ka na ng 5 am.

Pag nag open un business districts sa north hopefully kahit papano mabawasan. Need lang talaga ng mas maayos na public transpo.

It depends where in the South. We have a house there but not much issue on traffic for me.

its because you do not stay there and do your trips to work and office and back everyday.
i think you are from BF Paranaque. try commuting or driving there daily via Sucat Road to SLEX/Skyway to Makati/Ortigas/BGC and back everyday. or try commuting or driving there via Airport Road or via Coastal... or even via Bicutan (via SAV)... titirik ka.

It could be very taxing during Mondays and Tuesdays. No choice but to grind it out. On light days, the open roads in SLEX and Skyhawk can be a boon of sorts to let your car's legs extend a bit and the engines rev happily.
