Antipolo Guys?

hi all!

i'm thinking of moving to antipolo. parang ang sarap tumira dun, with the temperature and the abundance of trees.

any feedback on the following subdivisions?

avida-st. gabriel heights
filinvest-mission hills

Sa Antipolo bayan po ako. Haven't seen Gabriel Heights yet, pero regarding Mission Hills:

Pros -- it's from Filinvest, a reputable land developer
Cons -- mahal, and you can only choose from their house designs

Oh, and nadale nga pala ng flash floods yung subdivision namin last year, kasi nanggaling yung tubig-baha from places like Mission Hills and Maia Alta. Medyo nasa baba kasi kami eh, hindi na kinaya ng creek namin. :rant:
