    From EDSA Magallanes, take the flyover going to SLEX, exit at Filinvest, you may turn right after thw toll exit or go straight going to Vivere. From the exit, it's just a few hundred meters.

    Bro, From SLEX South, - suggest you take the Filinvest exit - after the Alabang overpass....

    Turn right on the first traffic light...

    Cross the next traffic light(intersection)... Festival Mall (and parking) should be to your right

    Turn left on the next intersection (traffic light may not be turned on - but should be normally on).... You are now in Commerce Rd (at Festival Mall end)

    Veer to your right and turn right on the first intersection...

    Vivere should be at the end of the road... Turn right just before the Vivere building and then left for their basement parking....

    mga sir from alabang..

    question nman..
    saang parking pinakamura near meralco alabang..
    nagtaas n din kasi ung parking rates sa molito from flat rate 20php, per hour n din sila..
    same sa alabang town center, from 20php flat rate, 20php for 1st 3 hrs at 10php per next hour..

    nung nanganak ni misis, dun ako ngpark sa tapat ng alabang medical.
    kasi sarado n parking ng alabang med pag past 9pm na..eun nung umaga at ililipat ko na.more than 80php ata binayaran ko..

    so far ang pinakamura n alam ko is ung mismong malapit na sa meralco, 25php 1st 3hrs then 5php per hour..
    within office hours ko, around 55php for 9hrs..

    Wtf is up with the recent increase in parking fees especially at malls? P30 na parking sa Festival Mall. I just didn't see if it's the whole day or the 1st 3 hrs. But before this sila rin ang mahal na parking among malls sa south charging P25.
