Kung puwede lang sana (mas importante, kung kaya natin), we can schedule an EB sa lugar ni NF one weekend (Sat &/or Sun) and together, build her dreamhouse ala GK.....

maraming salamat po, naiiyak naman ako for all of your willingness to help me with my problem ...

nai-PM ko na po kay sir CVT & evs13 ang details ng problema ko. huwag na po natin discuss dito sa thread at kawawa din naman ang pinsan ko ... i will deal with him (with some help) privately.

kung maibabalik ko lang, sana sa professional contractor na ako nagpagawa. akala ko kasi, dahil kamag anak/kaibigan may peace of mind ako dahil konti lang naman funds ko (nangarap lang ng malakas ang loob)

bottomline, my parents & sisters were very happy last Sunday. nanay ko teary-eyed, tatay ko tahimik lang when they saw the place. my sister and i had a happy anniversary card for them ( my sis dont know din hehe, pero last ako sumulat sa card) sabi ko wishes & prayer ko tapos sabi ko "THE GIFT IS A SURPRISE :-)" ... so we drove from Taguig 5:30am and exit at Sta Rosa around 6:00am, then kwento kwento lang kami as we turned right into the subdivision i told them "THIS IS THE SURPRISE" ... ayun, happy happy. we then went to Tagaytay for breakfast and peechure peechure. it was a great day for my family inspite of the condition of the house when they saw it ... matapos din daw yun, hanapin lang namin pinsan ko. sabi ng nanay ko gusto daw nya dun magpasko :-)

o sya, sana next EB happy thoughts naman tayo. kakatapos lang ni GS, ako naman eto senti senti .. ngak!

I am so happy you got to celebrate, even though the situation is difficult. I am sure that you've made your high mark to your parents... (I am also teary-eyed myself.... hehehe)....

You know, parents have high hopes and respect for their kids,- they just do not show it all of the time.

I am sure that everything will turn out well....

NF; kamag-anak mo naman pala yong contractor. pag-usapan na lang ng maayos.
