Maliit lang place namin pero may garage at terrace. Nakita na ni evs_13 place ko.

GS- can we have your commitment on the place so we can finalize the details for the event. thanks

May U turn slot na sa may Mindanao Gate.Ang hirap tuloy pumunta ng simbahan.

It would be interesting to observe what intensity level of traffic this is going to generate. IMO, the U-turn slots (giving something akin to a rotonda or circle), are just too near each other, which may result into a gridlock.....

Also, those coming from ATC, in particular, those exiting the road fronting the Gloria Maris Restaurant should be limited to 'turn right only'. They cannot use the U turn slot if they're going to Filinvest. Else, they will be blocking the road going to Daang Hari....
