I am not feeling well now, so I have cancelled my 1PM appointment (malamang sa asar sa Honda Alabang....). Delighting the customer is going out of your regular way of doing things, without compromising the (supplier's) position, to meet your customer's unique requirements.
We are probably buying an SUV in the next 6-12months. I scratched out the leading contender vehicle. Too bad, huh?

As I posted in another forum (with some edits):
Just replaced the (lone) stock horn (which is indeed the one that is defective) of our Jazz with a pair of Stebel Magnum E3 horns. The stock horn is in the passenger side of the front bumper, underneath the reservoir, so the front bumper has to be removed.
The pair of Stebel horns is rated 12A, so I changed the fuse rating to a higher one (from 15A), since it is shared by the brake lights, too. The stock relay can be used as it is, as it is rated at 35A, 14V, NO, based on my research. It took only a little over an hour to replace the horn.
[Whew,- if I have decided to engage Honda Alabang for the Warranty Claim,- it could easily be 2 *wasted* half days].........
Anong Chinese brand na ba ang available sa market? Yung Leoch brand may nakita na ko post sa FB....
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
