Mataas na ba ang 22000miles mileage para sa makina ng Honda 125 underbone considering na well looked after yong bike? Gaano ba tumatagal ang makina nito before major repair? Bike is nearly 2 years old.

That's a good choice (in terms of engine size) especially if it's going to be your first. No worry on the consumption, engine ain't that thirsty. My ZX600 can go 18 to 20 per liter so you get the idea.

By the way, what type of bike do you plan to get? SuperSport, Cruiser?

depending on your lifestyle... kung gusto mo ng maporma, go for sportsbike... if you travel a lot, settle for a cruiser.. kung pang everyday use lang, underbone na lang, fast and nimble..very economical..45-60 km/li...

Yama FZR series bikes were very much popular back in the 80's, my crush back then was the FZR400 series (in white) but when I got the chance to get one in the early 1990's, I was discouraged to find out that the spark plugs used in the fzr series are special, "small" ones daw that has a tendency to get busted frequently if the bike is riden in "average low speed; 50-60kmh". This info came from fzr owners themselves.

I had the chance to also drive some fzr 400s and 250s before and the only thing I can complain about is the comfort for my butt, fzrs have relatively thin seats since the series was geared for racing. Well maybe it is also because of the fact that I am over six feet.

I suggest that these would be one of your considerations but other than that, it's a good bike. Parts plenty also .

Try also looking sa Motorcycle Philippines, perhaps you can find a bike that will fit your budget. My rule of thumb in buying a bike is that, find the newest model that your budget can take you. Who knows, maybe the budget that you have for that fzr can already get you a late 90's yzf series .

Hondas will repay your proper maintenance with years of reliability

22k on a Honda Wave (?) 125 is still good depending on the previous owner's care. Major repairs? I have 3 honda underbones the oldest being a honda Dream that will have its 10th bday next month. No major repairs so far, only some wear and tear parts like gaskets. Tune-up, fresh oil and good plugs is all it needs, it will start first time everytime

Post you bike models & pics
