let me share my story, 7 years ago (i made this design concept in 1996) i sell my design at one of pristigeous motorcycle company, this company accept my design and im happy i accept 250k for one complete unit of drawing with spec material type and dimension,then this MC is running now at our road everyday,

then one year after i sell my design, i make new one concept much bigger size and i submit to this company and i sell this for 400K (baka kagatin)
ika nga e yong ok lang sa laki at taas ko kasi 5'4" lang hieght ko pro may forma at dating yong MC like a brrooooommmmmmm zoooommmmmmmm now may 27 sunday after church, my son talking and chit chat he told me he saw a medium size of MC at display with black and blue strip he said its good ganda daw sana bile daw ako, para sa bahay kasi i have old one 125cc,

next day monday morning, with my son at petron station accidentally nakita namin yong MC at long distance from gas station running toward to west side katipunan marcos hiway wow ganda nga with yello strip naman then habol ako at natabihan ko sa ligaya nagulat ako bigla this is my concept
? kaya instantly i fly bangkok last 6june07 to ask the company... and claiming my 400k, e ang sagot ba naman e lagpas na daw ng 5 years yong document ko sinupply sa kanila ang felling ko nagulangan ako doon.

if you have properly registered your copyright, then you can have a cause of action for infringement. Hindi lang 400K ang makukuha mo. Try to consult a lawyer.

kahit dito.. ung mga big companies.. ninanakaw ung mga big ideas ng small people kapag walang copyrights.
