simoncelli and dovi will be on honda gresini
gresini will receive factory support as per agreement with dovi...
so for next season, we will expect 4riders from honda factory squad...

cal cruthlow from SBK will debut next year on M1 of Herve Poncharal team "Tech 3 Yamaha" with Edwards as the leading partner
Factory Yamaha will have Lorenzo and Spies

Ducati will have Rossi and Hayden...

in this 3squad...
only the Ducati has two champion in the paddock... Yamaha has Jlo and Honda has Stoner... so in rider preference sake... DUCATI is in ADVANTAGE! 2champion from 990cc and 800cc.

in bike/factory preference sake... Honda is behind the two leading factory as Yamaha and Ducati won the previous seasons while Honda's last factory award is when 2006 Nicky Hayden 990cc season. In 800cc era, Honda taken 3 second place out of 4season.


Now, I don't know if most guys will agree with me that HONDA needs a CONSISTENT rider... I hope Stoner or Dovi will gave this in next season... If Simoncelli will receive the same factory status of Dovi, I bet he will be competitive next season... HONDA crashes most of their rider, CHAMPION needs to be a consistent race finisher...
If Honda can't produce such rider... They will never win in the championship...
When Casey won the championship 2007... he finish all rounds.. pedrosa DNF in total of 3 rounds...
When Rossi won the championship 2008... he finish all rounds.. stoner DNF in 2rounds and another 3rounds for Pedrosa...
Another crown for Rossi in 2009... only 1DNF of Rossi while Lorenzo has 4DNF and Pedrosa 3DNF and Stoner 4DNF and Dovi is 4DNF...
Look on the stats and you will consider the key of winning is CONSISTENCY...

Next season I will expect the following riders to be consistent from factory outfits(ranked base on 2010 consistency)...
LORENZO- Yamaha
ROSSI- Ducati (a champion indeed, one crash only but severe injury)
SPIES- only one CRASH and one mechanical
SIMONCELLI- only two crash/DNF
PEDROSA- 2 crash
Dovi- 2 crash
Hayden- 2 crash
Stoner- 4 crash

I hope next season will be a good show!
