What brand is it? Is that the Roketa?
RE: highway legality... since the Can-Am is 1000cc, if you can pass it off as a Can-Am, you could probably get away with it...
The 400cc restriction on the highway is ridiculous, anyway... 250cc bikes have more than enough power to keep up with freeway traffic.

actually, i think, it was never about whether the bikes can keep up or not because in that case, a honda 50cc dio would've been legal. It's whether they can withstand strong crosswinds esp from high-speed SUVs, buses and trucks without crashing. sobrang hassle naman kasi if you're driving fast tapos you need to slow down in fear of toppling down a rider - worse, run over someone who got toppled by a crosswind. Congested traffic after-effect nun.
with this though, that's not really much of a problem anymore.
