Id like to say my piece regarding this, ano. Hope no one would take it against me. I find the Cefiro rice since it was made to look like a car different than what it should be. It's no different with the Accord that was made to look like a Merc & the EG that was made to look like an R8. If the owners would want to turn heads, then, there are lots of things that could be done rather than toying with your car & making it look like it was made by a different maker, most of the time exotics or something really expensive. Kudos for the effort, yes. But in the end, if ever it was done right, then you're fooling no one but yourself. Ya`ll exotic wannabes should wake up !! Doesn't mean that your car looks like an exotic, people will be wow-ed, else, once people finds out that you're copying something else you'll get laughed at, embarrassed, and doesn't mean that your car looks like one, it will perform the same way.
Regarding the ano, Honda Jazz, may it be matte black or a cf sticker it still doesn't look right. Yung " panda look ", I beg to disagree. First of all it isn't white.Second, why would a sport-themed vehicle will be made to look like a panda? Some things just doesn't match.
Bottomline is, probably ( ako, assuming mode ... ) the owner was thinking that he could fool someone that his fenders are CF-ed coz it looks like one and his car is slapped with real CF's in some parts.
Yun lang. I would just like to say my piece. And I'm no rice/mod guru. Di ko naman pinangalanan sa sarili ko yan, some people just think I am one, but as far as I'm concerned, I'm way too far in being one pa.
i think the cefiro was made as a "show car" -- basically to showcase what Atoy can do. lacks taste, yes, but i think successful in a way because they really showed their craftsmanship with it. wouldn't spend my money to do something like this to my ride if i were to drive it everyday. i wouldn't even want to ride in it. hehehe
lacking taste comes in all levels.

*mda_:
They would've had a much better effect if their showcase car is one that actually looks good though. I mean, if some tuning companies in other countries can do it, why not them? They can tie up with the ones with the knowledge to improve performance and spice it up further with attachments that actually make sense and not give off the rice effect.
regarding the yellow jazz,, i think the photo has effects from adobe photoshop, kaya it looks like a CF sticker sir. Anyways on godzirra's aero kit suggestion, meron naman kasi aero kit na plain simple, like the type r chin, ducktail, rear chin, side skirt of honda eK's, simple lang, parang nilagyan lang nang konti curves yung car, since hindi naman malalaki unlike TRD and Tom's wrap around.. IMO
That was what I am saying, actually.
Kung sa ibang cars like Civics, it would be perfectly fine. But for a vios, IMO, it's cleaner without kits. Kasi nga, gaya ng sabi mo, those TRD and TOM's bodykits eh matataba. Bloated, ba. Unlike those kits of HONDAs, e, sharp curves, thinner appearance and mas simple. Yung kits kasi for the Vios, eh, masyadong overdone IMO. And I'm talking about those pre-designed kits like toms, trd and what not.
If you'd think that I'm a Toyota hater, no, I am not. In fact, I find those kits for the Altis good-looking. It varies kasi from the POV of the person giving an opinion e. & as a friend of kevin, nag-susuggest din ako sakanya kung ano ang maganda for me.

It looks good though..
Sabi nga sa Civic 2012: To each their own. ehe
Vios kasi, is really NOT designed to have a racing looks eh. Hey! its an COMMUTER CAR. so why put some big body kits and humongous wings like transformers and why not for a simpler vios? parang yung mga nakapost na euro vios na silver or parang kay Kev3000 which has Clean and Nice
tama naman si renzo eh. it better to have vios as a nice, cleaner if its stock. you can put some minor aesthetics as long as it will not be overdone
But, I cant blame anyone kasi as i've said, kanya kanyang taste ng mga tao yan.
Correct. Since these TRD kits are a bit radical looking compared to the more discreet ones, even if it's an expensive legit, does it automatically make it "RICE"?
That's the thing e, like I said there is a difference between an ugly looking car and a rice car. The trd kit may not be the better looking ones... but it still isn't wild enough, or grotesque enough to be a ricer IMO. I think there are early version of vios kits that is more conservative.
You have PM.
Good thing the gurus or critics agree now that putting on aero kits on a non-sportscar is not rice. IMO econoboxes like jazz, yaris, even vios are just fine w/ kits on just don't over do it.
So am I.
Some aerokits look good on some cars. Even the OEM chin of the Isuzu Trooper blends well.
Bow ;)
as i said before gusto ko maging show car si vios gusto ko kasi malabas ung creativity ko or kahit ano kahit ba sa "VIOS LANG" para maiba naman parang cool kasi pag malinis tignan e
here with trd kits
eto ride ko before from a simple multicab inayos ko
drop,13" sound set up and many more
and ricer pa ko dati

Go ahead! Even if your not going to have it as a show car, and even if you said it's "vios lang" as long as you like the kit why not? It's not one of those wild kits anyways. I think this is the more conservative kit of the vios I'm talking about. I think that kit will look better on your ride since you have the more dynamic "te37" wheel.
