Additionally, I've quit going on car shows because majority of the cars there aren't really my cup of tea. Based on the pics I see on the net about recent car shows, little has changed over the years.

Too much flash on the outside, too little substance on the inside. (Of course, I'm not talking about all the cars in all car shows. Just the majority.)

Thanks for the info guys! Suggest lang, how about just post some rice cars from other countries para walang sumama ang loob hehe, rice threads are usually the threads na hot na close agad nila. Dont worry i dont drive a rice, my cars too old to be rice lol.

Mahirap talaga kasi *not* to become rice. One man's rice might be another man's gold. Kaya just do your car the way you want to. You can't please everybody.

Of course, if somebody offers a different opinion than yours, your choice to handle it: either thank him for his opinion and politely say you disagree, or argue to prove your opinion being more "right" than his.

I'll leave it up to you to choose which response is the wiser.

Oh, another thing. The CF sticker might look good, pero it's quite different from actual CF when you get up close and personal.

You assume my ignorance, that I haven't seen eurotheme cars. I have and am not really that impressed that much.

Of course, I do think that they're miles better than yang chow fried rice, because in the end, they still look like respectable cars, not matchboxes or those crappy toy cars from China being sold in Divisoria.

But ultimately, do I think they're all good and awesome and would do a similar thing to my own car? Not really.

Like I said, plates on euro cars are more acceptable than those that aren't.

For example, you put a europlate on a non-Euro Civic, fake Louis Vuitton yan. (Of course, that's a bit muddled now due to the Civic hybrid, but you get the point.)

Though, to be perfectly honest, sometimes it's just the presence of the plates that I don't like. The other details, not so much.

In other words, I'm more of a purist than other people. Kung comfortable ka sa opinion mo, you need not convince me to join your side.

may mga theme din na tulad ng VIP,usdm, at last ung ricey.. ang ricey talaga is ung mga kits na sobrang lapad na imbes na mapaayos ang aerodynamics ng kotse lalong nagiging worst ang purpose kasi ng kits is pangpaganda at the same time para sa aerodynamics.. naalala ko tuloy ung GALANT na nakasabay ko poporma pa iwan naman sa 2.5monty ko.. and ung nakasalubong kong CIVIC vti pero pormado pero may wing na mataas pa sa bubong ng kotse niya yun ang RICE

to please everybody is to please no one. "One man's rice might be another man's gold." - just like the other man's junk car is haunted by the others. lalo na ngayong nauso ang car restoration. And para don sa pumapalit ng cars every 2-5 years and still in good condition is a treasure to 2nd hand car hunters.

hhmmm, yong iba dito pati stickers/emblems ng masons e pinagtritripan na ah. . . masons put emblems/stickers to their cars so that they could be identified by their brothers, and matutulungan agad sila in case of emergency. and of course, most of them are proud of their fraternity.
