    Hello po mga idol.
Honda City Exi 1998 MT Metallic Gray

Bale po ang first step is make it look fresh and presentable.

    Then mod na tayo.

So this will be my(our) project for 2011 and hopefully bago matapos ang taon na to, pogi na tsikot ko.

Ehem, bale i know for a fact na kelangan ko ng

Based sa preference and observations ko..
as well as input ng friends..

    front chin (optional)
new headlights (including yung mga nasa gilid)
new taillights (kelangan ba? basag yung corner ng rear left eh)
    and of course
    15" wheels!

btw, i decided to keep the metallic gray color para di masyado kita ang alikabok.

    see pics for reference :D

1.) Repaint or Hilamos. Stock color looks nice so no need for change color. Just fresh smooth clean paint

2.) 15 or 16" mags with subtle drop

3.) Fresh set of tint, clear, very light or very dark. Don't put those reflective tints

    4.) Change broken lights

5.) Interior Detail (para feeling fresh and bago yung loob)

6.) What's the head unit? A nice ipod ready unit would be a good add on plus some aftermarket speakers

7.) For the grill, just make sure the aftermarket grill doesn't look cheap and home made.

skip the plate mount. Just clean the plate and cover it with a clear acrylic or glass cover.

Muffler tip and drop in filter plus some nice new synthetic oil for the engine

Subtle drop = buying lowering springs and lowering it a bit. Wag yun sobrang sagad. Just enough to fill in the wheel gap.

Bigger rims is not always better. Hindi naman mabagal ang malaki but rather, you get less comfort due to the thinner rubber.

Tint preference, it depends eh. glntVR avoids reflective tints but I don't find them too nasty since naka 3M Black Chrome ako (which gives me a mirror-like appearance outside). Decision was due to very practical reasons naman and is mostly based on heat rejection. Tint is also a huge factor in nighttime visibility. With very black tint, yun HID mo magmumukhang Osram NB lang sa loob

Replace everything faulty (rear lights) kasi sobrang weird kung kaka-washover lang then wasak lights As for the headlights, if it's still in good condition (no cracks, etc.) just clean it. Don't smoke it, kanin na yun.

Not a fan of aftermarket grills for a City Exi. I think its best to keep it clean looking, stock, but rather redirect the funds to something more practical like better lighting (go for Philips XP or Osram NB muna), better audio (time na para palitan yun coaxials mo!)
