Yung ibang surplus trucks from Japan had these built in so kahit dito sa Pinas meron pa rin. Meron naman iba nagpapakabit talaga.

When I first heard it in a surplus truck here in PH, I was super amused because I felt like I was back in Japan.

Trucks have blindsides so they got audible warnings for reversing and turning left/right.
