Sticker used to stick LTO sticker outside of windshield

Any ideas what kind of clear sticker we can use to stick the current LTO stickers on the outside of our windshields?

This is for those that have fully tinted front windshields.

Before I used to keep the front windshield stickers and stick the plates ones only but these days, no more plate stickers.

I use Sticker Shield. It is not for sticking on the outside of the windshield but it will protect your tint. I was able to buy it at Handyman Robinson's Galleria a while back. It looks exactly like this:
