Ask ko lang, may nakita kasi akong bukas na minasilyan dun sa compartment ng kotse ko, 2nd lang kasi so di ko rin expected na lahat ok. Kelan ko lang nakita. Medyo may mga kalawang na din ung flooring nung compartment. Anu kayang remedy dun pede kong gawin para din na lumala? Pede bang palitan ung buong flooring nun? or tatagpian na lang? Gusto ko din kasing agapan ung mga maliliit na kalawang.

1st remedy, parang first aid, is to apply rust converter. Meron nabibili nyan sa hardware like ace or handyman. A common brand is Ospho rust converter. Just try to remove the rust flakes, then clean with water. Apply the rust converter with a brush and let it soak. The rust will turn to a blackish color. That is ferous sulphate, a very hard surface that will serve as a shield to further rusts since oxygen can no longer attack the metal. Wash it again with water, let dry, and then apply a coating of base paint. Do not use lead oxide paint since lead oxide will just lead to more rust.

next step is to apply rubberized undercoat to prevent rusting underneath. It is also best to apply rust converter at rusted areas before applying undercoating.

last resort of course is to replace the plates of the flooring. This is normally done by your car body repair shops. Pero kung makapal pa naman at naagad mo ng rust converter e tatagal pa yan.

Hindi namin nakikita kung gaano kalaki na problem mo at the moment so better give a lot of shops a visit. Wala naman masama magpa check nyan syempre estimates are always free and at least madami ka option the more shops that you visit

Kung gusto mo mawala ang butas sa body shop gugupitin nila yan area na affected, den gugupit sila ng kasukat na plate na i weld sa area.

Get ready din na this will need time at habang ginagawa asa body shop ang car mo.

Kaya timbangin mo din kung critical ba ung butas, baka naman malinis ang pagkakatapal at wala naman rust better wag mo na muna galawin, pag meron kang pinagawa sa car mo na major item saka mo na lang ipasabay.

Side question lang, anung filler ang pede kong gamitin sa duck tail ng oto ko. Duck tail siya and antenna at the same time. Nagkaron siya ng crack kaya parang nagkaron ng hati. Balak ko sanang lagyan muna ng filler tapos pipinturahan ko ng plasti dip or wrap. Mas maganda sana kung black din ung filler para same color din nung duck tail ko. Anu marerecommend niyo dito?
