October 7th, 2016 01:48 PM #4Open parking din kami sa office.
Pagdating ko sa kotse, I spray Microtex Nanosliq (I find this product very effective as QD for spot cleaning like this) on the dried bird poop then I wait 5-30 seconds. Then I wipe off very carefully with soft facial tissue, almost no pressure needed kasi napalambot na nung Nanosliq.
90php lang yun sa Ace
Question though, paanong natuklap yung pintura? May photo ka?

Bird droppings are acidic.
How long does it take for a bird dropping to etch paint?

October 7th, 2016 07:46 PM #6Yes acidic nga.
Even with regular waxing (Collinite 845) occasionally the bird bombs would still etch my paint. Like a deeper watermark. Needs a bit of cutting to remove.
Curious pa rin ako though sa itsura nung pagtuklap kaya I was hoping for a photo. Clearcoat lang ba yung natanggal?

It's looking a lot like a certain cruiser with that color scheme.
