I have nothing against skirts, my car has it din.
Nothing against fake exhaust tips (was thinking earlier if I should get one, plus some Chinese cars do it nicely)

the manufacturer apparently went thru a lot of trouble, making it...

as an aside,
i think the old VW beetle did it best, in their classic peashooter tailpipe design.
