i recognize the front hilux grille and headlights, the VW beetle rear hood lock on the door handles, and the door bisagras from my old wooden gate.
    are those hilux tail lights?

    i wonder,
how did the owner label it for LTO purposes?... "backyard-re-assembled.." ?

naka ilang galong masilya kaya ?

I tried scanning it through google translate. Not sure how accurate it is, but the words that would show are little, small, red, brave, and courage. My guess is, the guy who put those sticker also doesn’t know what it means.

perhaps it translates to, "the little red car that could".
    heh heh.

there was this story a while back.
the local was entertaining his furriner visitor friend.
    a delivery truck passed by.
"hey! that's my favorite canned fish product! hiro, that's your language there! i could never understand what it meant. could you translate it for me?"
"ok!. it says 'not for human consumption' ".
    heh heh.

    heh heh.

maybe we're seeing it all wrong.
maybe they're delivering the pick up to the gas station for fill-up, prior to eco drive.

not "built tough", the transmission failed. unfortunately Thais are starting to hate the 10SP transmissions from Ford.

Dapat pinutol na nya yung stock tailpipe bago pa dumating sa bumper.
Magtataka na lang sila sa emissions test paano naging zero-emission vehicle yung HiAce
