    Tint
    Floor mats
    Window Visors
    3 taon LTO registration
    Chattel Mortgage
    Seat covers

Insurance babayaran ko more or less 20k na di kasama ang acts of God.

    Calculations:

    200K down - 5 yrs to pay - 16,900 monthly
    230K down - 5 yrs to pay - 16,182 monthly
    300K down - 5 yrs to pay - 14,400 monthly

    bro,

hindi naman buwaya sila, those SA are making an honest living out of those transactions. It is up to you if ever you'll buy it from them.

as above quoted discounts, mas malaki masa-save mo if ever you'll be getting the unit here.

Registration at plate, dito sa manila. if you are asking how to get those plates, maybe the dealer will come up how to deliver it to you.

Kung papayag sila, at kung gusto mo makamura ka, you can get their showroom unit. Usually malalaki discount sa mga ganyan since laspag na nga in the sense of usage ng pintuan, etc. etc.

Go directly to the bank. I suggest you pay the AOG insurance and LTO in cash. Wag kang mag all-in kung may pera ka namang pambayad sa down. Then use advance payment in the bank to lower your amortization a little bit.

Please note, ang ALL-In promo ay deceiving... Mababa kuno ang down but malaki ang monthly amortization. Why malaki? Its because yung LTO at AOG insurance mo ay sinama (all-in) din ang bayad mo up to 5 years. I-cash mo na lang AOG mo yearly(tutal bumababa ito every year as your unit is getting older). Then LTO mo ay i-cash mo na lang din after 3 years pa.

I got my GLS Advie 2011 in 5year term, P13,580 monthly. I spent a total of P225,000. I prefer BPI. I had also put my Automatic Debit Account to a minimum balance where it can grow a little interest up to 5years. Meaning, tumutubo ang hulog ko sa monthly amortization ko (as long as nagmaintain ako ng certain amount prescribe ng BPI). Maturity is after 5years. Para na ring na-minusan ang hulog ko as time progress.

    Thanks.

Tulong! (buying 2011 Mitsubishi Adventure GLS Sport)
