I just had the back-up sensors installed sa rear bumper of my Strada at Ginza. They bored two holes sa rear stainless steel bumper for the 2 sensors. Pulido trabaho nila. Parang factory installed. :D It functions very well. Their price is 3k. Sabi nga nila experimental daw sasakyan dahil 1st time nila magbutas at magkabit nito sa pick-up. Buti na lang ok. :D

I think it works by sending out ultrasonic waves. Then the waves bounce back from the obstruction to the sensor. Then the sensor sends the raw info to the CPU where it calculates the distance and warns you by either by sound or visual data. :D

The sensor is colored black. Ginza is is on the left side after the Orthopaedic Hospital when goung to Quezon Ave. :D
haha but they're good enough for non-pro use. i compared to the casa's Midtronics and the results...
