Bro, pwede naman yan... kaso its a very looooong process... kung isang part lang nang sasakyan hindi papalitan yan...
LEmon unit lang ang tingin ko ay may chance mapalitan, suntok pa yun sa buwan :D

April 10th, 2012 10:11 PM #4one month old palang kasi yung montero GTV namin, dalawang beses na bumalik yung sira like hindi namamatay ung headlight kapag naka start ang engine, hindi nagana yung signal light, headlight flasher, wiper, in short lahat ng features nito near the steering wheel. naayos naman nung unang beses pero after a week bumalik agad ung sira. feeling kasi namin wiring or yung computer box for electronics yung may sira.
anyways, pano ba malalaman kung lemon unit yung nabili?

The whole unit "may" be replaced, but be prepared to undergo trying process. I've heard about a bill pending in congress against lemon cars. Wonder what the status is right now.
My strada had this transmission noise barely a year after purchase. They just replaced the clutch (free of charge though). After a few months, same noise problem. They again replaced the clutch disc - free again. So far no problem. But warranty period is about to expire and all I have is the assurance that they have "noted" this problem, whatever that means.

malamang nasa wiring lang yun sira nang sayo bro, kasi malapet sa steering column either sa switches, harness, or yung clock spring ata tawag dun sa bilog na yun under the airbag module.... try to talk with your service advisor on what course to take... pero mostly sa experience ko with casa most them, dishonest, and incompetent in solving problems...

unit should be replaced if the problem is not solved to the satisfaction of the owner
sampal din yan sa reputasyon ng monty kung nasa daan at mag ka aberya
MS is riding on a popularity high and it makes not sense for mitsu to bring it down with cases like these

Mitsubishi should do something about their quality issues. Then again, what car company doesn't have any issues? Most warranty officers of dealers do not want to process warranty claims because of the red tape involved. Car companies should also make it easier for dealers to claim warranties.

sa us... meron lemon law... yung pag 3x nagkaproblema same stuff.. palit unit.. meron ba tayo dito nun?

April 17th, 2012 10:01 PM #10too bad, bumalik na naman yung sira ng unit namin. 3 times in a row na at eksaktong one week after repair saka lumalabas ulit yung sira. sino po ba dito ang may alam kung sino ang pwedeng kontakin sa planta para mailapit namin ang problem namin sa unit. ang problema kasi naayos ng casa kaso bumabalik din agad.
can we now demand for a replacement of new unit? masyadong na kaming naaabala kakapunta sa casa , naturingan na top of the line unit ng montero pero problema ang binibigay samin.
