May 11 2013 FROM LTO called me..told me na delivered na daw nila my new plate no... finally makukuha ko na///but as of ths moment di ko pa hawak maya pa daw ng 12..
happy kc hssle talaga ang walang plate no... bad trip nga lang kng kelan ko nilagyan ung cnduction no.sa plate holder k osaka dumating plate no. that cost 120..good thing is my plate na monty ko...
by the way last FEB.22 2013 ko lang nakuha unit fron kaloocan mitsu..

At the current position of our conduction sticker, it's hard to see what the numbers are [esp. the last digit for coding] compared to when it's placed where our PH plates are.

actually hindi katangahan ng nasa gobyerno ang idea na yan. 1st, to make the number coding fair for everyone or every vehicles the last digit of conduction sticker was used as a basis for number coding scheme for brandnew vehicles, so no exemption yan wether brandnew or not. 2nd para madaling makita ng enforcer(s) ang conduction sticker number to effectively and efficiently enforce the number coding scheme.

same pa din bro....walang pinag iba..im hoping nga na new face ng plate.....matatag na republika pa din...
