It was just last week when I ask around for that kind of mags in Banawe, pegged at 16K set of 4.
For your Strada, upgrading the tires to 31x10.5x16 will be sufficient enough if there is no plan of suspension adjustments. 32inch tires might rub into those mud guards when turning the front pairs.

Thanks for the replies guys.
Ok na pala yung price na yun. sa casa ng mitsubishi Pangasinan manggagaling. 2nd hand daw pero relatively good as new talaga.
My brother is still deciding on wether to get the ralliart mags or the current strada 16 mags. sagwa kase nung stock nya na rota eh hehe... yung may plato na center cap hehe.
paano kung gusto nya stock rolling diameter pa rin? ano size ikakabit nya sa 16 rims para kapareho pa rin ng diameter nung naka 31x10.5-15 sya noon?

For 16 inch mags ideal tire size should be 265/70R16 with overall diameter of 31s stock. 265/75R16 will have a diameter of 32.
Most 16 inch tires come out with metric tire measurements.

Thanks for the replies Ungas and Pajerokid :D
I'll inform him asap. tires na lang problem hehe.. mahal daw kase pag 16" na. another probl;em is mahirap ibenta yung stock nya na 15 hehe. magkano kaya reasle value nung 15 nya? nasa less 10k kaya?
most probably if this pushes through baka 265/70-16 kunin nun.
Pajerokid,
yung pic ng oto mo sa sig yan yung pinakita ko sa kanya when he wasn't sure what the ralliart rims look like :D

Supierreman:: :D Its hard to say kung magkano buy-back value ng used rims. Its totally dependent on the shop owner e. If he's on a budget, he can opt for Dunlop AT2's. Best VFM sa tires (value for money). Mga 4,100 per piece. Kung talagang super budget, you can opt for Maxxis tires, mas mura ng bahagya.
Just try peddling your tires sa P.Tuazon,Cubao or Evangelista or Blumentritt.
Pag may tiyaga may nilaga hehehe :D Goodluck dude!
