Now I feel even more sad about missing out on my neighbor's 1990 model original LHD flatroof boxtype with intercooler 4d56, flatroof and rear coil suspension (very rare indeed).

I think mahina na ang Mitsu globally even Koreans overtook them when it comes to sales

Sayang. That's indeed rare. Probably a late model one right before the Gen 2 was released.

This is sad news. I love Pajeros. It's true that it guzzles fuel. My 6G75 engine eats 1 litre for every 4 kms but it's more fun and easier to drive than a LC within city limits in my opinion.

Solid model kaso wala eh. Pinabayaan ng mmc. Pajero ck ang the best in terms of looks pero kahit outgoing gen 4 which is the bk napag-iwanan na ng marami. Sadyang pangalan nalang talaga at rarity sa kalsada ang nagdadala rito although for this decade, it has nothing else more to offer outside of them.

Well, matibay siya for what it is pero yun nga, being modern is not its strong suit na.

Mitsubishi has long killed its flagship models when it started its decline towards bankruptcy. The Eclipse, Galant, Evo, and Lancer were all retired so eventually, the Pajero suffered the same fate.

Not so sure now what Nissan plans to do with Mitsubishi but it seems the focus is towards the Asian and AU market.
