Noob needs help on Pajero 3 door

Good day to you sirs! I'm new here in tsikot. Although I have been viewing this site for quite some time now, I can't look for a thread that can help me with my problem.

The problem with my pajero is that it needs a new turbo charger. Apparently my old one broke and my dad's friend can't fix it. They had me installed an l300 intake. Currently, the car gives an ugly engine sound and it has lost a lot of power. I'm not that techie with cars so i really don't know where to find a cheap turbo. My dad said that 2nd hand turbo's are risky since it might have leaks and can resort to big waste of money. I really love the pajero since it can do everything that i need in a car. I just need your help in order for me to turn it to be a better car

Here is also a list of several problems i'm encountering with my pajero:
* Turbo is broken
* Gas consumption is outrageous (1L/6km) on the L300 intakes
* Engine is very weak ( can hardly overtake) maybe due to the L300 intake
* Odometer cable is broken
* 4wd indicator always has the front wheels blinking
* Aircon is not cold
* Power side mirrors is not working anymore and angles are not for LHD
* Suspension arm is noisy in the front- right side of the vehicle
* Another squeeking sound from the front- left when steering wheel is being turned

I have passion for cars that is why i'm quite meticulous regarding my cars performance.

BTW, I've read several threads pointing out that the hyundai starex is using the same engine as the Pajero. (4d56 intercooler turbo) Will the starex' turbo fit my pajero? Maybe I could find a starex turbo for a cheaper price...
